Select File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
Select Export to a file, and then select Next.
Select Outlook Data File (.pst), and select Next.
Select the mail folder you want to back up and select Next.
Choose a location and name for your backup file, and then select Finish.

Export to PST

To export your Office 365 mailbox to a PST file, follow these steps:

Open Microsoft Outlook and connect to your Office 365 mailbox.
Click the File tab and select Open & Export.
In the Import/Export Wizard, select Export to a file and click Next.
Select Outlook Data File (.pst) and click Next.
Select the mailbox that you want to export and click Next.
Choose a location and name for the PST file and click Finish.
