To manually print MSG files to PDF files with attachments, you can follow these steps using Microsoft Outlook:

Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer.

Select the MSG File:
a. Locate the MSG file you want to convert to PDF with attachments on your computer.
b. Double-click on the MSG file to open it in Microsoft Outlook.

Print the Email as PDF:
a. With the MSG email open in Outlook, click on "File" in the menu bar.
b. Select "Print" from the drop-down menu. The Print dialog box will open.
c. In the Printer dropdown, choose "Microsoft Print to PDF" or any other PDF printer driver you have installed.
d. Configure any additional printing options if necessary, such as page range or layout settings.
e. Click "Print" to start the printing process.
