To manually convert OST to EML, you can use the following steps:

Export the OST file to PST format. You can do this using the following steps:

Open Microsoft Outlook.
Go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
In the Import and Export Wizard, select Export to a file, and then click Next.
Select Outlook Data File (.pst), and then click Next.
Select the OST file that you want to export, and then click Next.
Select the Options that you want, and then click Finish.
Install and configure a third-party OST to EML converter tool. Popular options include SysTools OST to EML Converter, Stellar Converter for OST, and Kernel OST to PST Converter.

Open the OST to EML converter tool and select the PST file that you exported in step 1.

Select the EML format as the output format.

Select the folders that you want to convert and click the Convert button.

The OST to EML converter tool will convert the selected OST files to EML format and save them to the specified location.
