Step 1: Export Thunderbird Emails as EML Files
Open Mozilla Thunderbird on your computer.
Select the email folder that you want to export.
Click on the first email in the folder to highlight it.
Scroll down to the bottom of the folder to select the last email while holding the "Shift" key to highlight all the emails in the folder.
Right-click on the highlighted emails and choose "Save As" or "Save Selected Messages."
Browse to the location where you want to save the emails, create a new folder if needed, and click "Save."
Thunderbird will save the emails as individual EML files in the selected folder.

Step 2: Import EML Files into Microsoft Outlook
Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer.
Create a new folder within Outlook where you want to import the Thunderbird emails. You can do this by right-clicking on your email account, selecting "New Folder," and giving it a name.
Open the folder where you saved the Thunderbird EML files.
Select all the EML files you want to import (you can press "Ctrl + A" to select all) and drag them into the new folder you created in Outlook.
Outlook will begin importing the EML files into the selected folder. The process may take some time, depending on the number of emails being imported.
Once the import is complete, you will see all the Thunderbird emails in the Outlook folder.
You can organize and manage these emails as you would with any other Outlook messages.

Greetings,
Peter
