To manually batch export PST (Personal Storage Table) files to PDF (Portable Document Format), you can follow these steps:

Create a New Outlook Profile:
a. Open the Control Panel on your computer.
b. Search for "Mail" or "Mail (32-bit)" and open it.
c. In the Mail Setup window, click on the "Show Profiles" button.
d. Click on the "Add" button to create a new Outlook profile.
e. Follow the prompts to set up the new profile with a unique name.

Import PST Files to Outlook:
a. Open Microsoft Outlook using the newly created profile.
b. Click on "File" in the menu bar and select "Open & Export" or "Open" (depending on your Outlook version).
c. Choose "Import/Export" from the drop-down menu. The Import and Export Wizard will open.
d. Select "Import from another program or file" and click "Next".
e. Choose "Outlook Data File (.pst)" as the import file type and click "Next".
f. Click on the "Browse" button and navigate to the location of the first PST file you want to export. Select it and click "OK".
g. Select the desired options for importing, such as allowing duplicates or importing into specific folders. Click "Next".
h. Choose the destination for importing the PST file, such as creating a new folder or importing into an existing one. Click "Finish".
i. Repeat the import process for each PST file you want to export to PDF, selecting the appropriate PST file in step 2.f and choosing a unique destination for each import.

Save Outlook Emails as PDF:
a. In Outlook, go to the folder containing the emails you want to export to PDF.
b. Press "Ctrl+A" to select all emails in the folder, or hold "Ctrl" and click on individual emails to select specific ones.
c. Right-click on the selected emails and choose "Save As" from the context menu.
d. In the "Save As" dialog box, choose a location to save the PDF files.
e. In the "Save as type" dropdown, select "PDF" as the file format.
f. Provide a name for the PDF file, or choose a naming convention if applicable.
g. Click "Save" to save the selected emails as PDF files.

Repeat Step 3 for each folder and PST file you imported into Outlook, saving the desired emails as PDF files.

Regards,
Peter
