To manually convert OST (Offline Storage Table) files to MSG (Outlook Message) format, you can follow these steps using Microsoft Outlook:

Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer.

Create a New Folder:
a. Right-click on the desired location in the Outlook folder hierarchy (e.g., Inbox, Sent Items).
b. Select "New Folder" from the context menu.
c. Provide a name for the new folder and click "OK".

Import OST File into Outlook:
a. Click on "File" in the menu bar and select "Open & Export" or "Open" (depending on your Outlook version).
b. Choose "Import/Export" from the drop-down menu. The Import and Export Wizard will open.
c. Select "Import from another program or file" and click "Next".
d. Choose "Outlook Data File (.pst)" as the import file type and click "Next".
e. Click on the "Browse" button and navigate to the location of the OST file you want to convert.
f. Select the OST file and click "OK".
g. Choose the destination folder where you want to import the OST file data (created in step 2) and click "Finish".
h. The OST file data will be imported into the selected folder in Outlook.
